There are a lot of things that you will remember from your marriage. Your gown, your shoes, your husband’s tie, the vows, the way your parents look at you, and among other things: your wedding song. It can be the song when you enter, or the song of your first dance. Aside from the reason that that song will be captured in your wedding video, that would also be the song that you would remember your wedding as.

This is my wedding song.

I am very specific about this. I want this song when I come in, and I want the intro to be in saxophone. I love love love the intro, and there’s something about the music and the way it serenades the lyrics. And the lyrics, I love how it tells the simplicity of how a love could be.

2) Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran

This is the most romantic song of the decade, is it not? The song was released back in 2014, but by now (October 2017), the song is still number 6 on Spotify’s most streamed songs. It’s friendly to the ear and the lyrics boast about how you fell in love with your someone other every single day and will be loving him/her until you’re old.

3) Tonight, I Celebrate My Love by Peabo Bryson and Roberta Flack

Things can never go wrong with this classic love song. And literally like the title, wedding is about celebrating your love!

4) What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong

Even if this song doesn’t really represent a love song, this is how we want the weather in our wedding to be, right? Blue sky, white clouds to a bright blessed day.

5) Marry You by Bruno Mars

Looking for a song with brighter mood? Then this is the one for you. Some may opt for a more melancholy songs, but some like brighter song. And as an idea, you can totally rock your arrival by dancing to this together with your bridesmaid and best men!

6) The Way You Look Tonight by Frank Sinatra

Now if you want a more jazzy tunes, you might want to consider this. The jazzy swings along with lyrics like “There is nothing for me but to love you. And the way you look tonight.” would make any bride blushes, no?

7) It Might Be You by Stephen Bishop

You might be getting married after lots of years of finding the one. And when you finally found him/her, you have that feeling in your heart that somehow you know it’s him. That’s what the song is hinting about.
